  • Run FixMe IT Client.exe
  • Give Technician Client ID
  • Click Accept when prompted

A technician will be connecting to your PC. In order to employ this connection, a small applet must be downloaded. You will share control for the duration of this session and can terminate the session at any time. Please close any personal or confidential information on your screen, as the technician will be viewing your desktop.

During a remote support session, a technician will be able to perform any actions as if they were physically sitting in front of the client computer. The connection is secured by end-to-end 256-Bit SSL Encryption. 10 Managed Services Group, its technicians or partners will take all necessary precautions to safe guard any data or other computer files during the remote support session but cannot guarantee against any form of data loss.
